Terms and Conditions

This is an editable draft, not a confirmed charter contract. Operator details and final booking terms must be supplied before public launch.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a boat or confirm a booking. Prices, passenger capacity, vessel suitability, included services, itinerary and availability must be confirmed directly by Footprint Charter.

Routes and experiences

Destinations and activities are suggestions, subject to weather, vessel suitability and operator confirmation. Generated scenery is illustrative and does not document actual charters.

Terms awaiting confirmation

Payment methods, deposit requirements, cancellation, refunds, weather changes, departure arrangements, insurance, liability and applicable jurisdiction must be confirmed by the operator.
